Who runs OutYet
Maple Avenue Labs LLC operates OutYet.ai. We do not sell personal information or import the IsFable5Back.com contact list. Email is used for the alerts and briefings a person selects, account access, delivery notices, and direct support.
Accounts and alerts
We store account email, sign-in records, watchlists, alert preferences, display names, comments, ratings, push subscriptions, delivery history, and unsubscribe or suppression state in Amazon DynamoDB. Resend sends email, with Amazon SES configured as a fallback. Google, GitHub, Discord, and Apple may process sign-in data when their sign-in option is used.
First-party analytics
Anonymous first-party counters record page paths, referring hosts, and allowlisted actions such as account creation, alert saves, shares, and feedback. These counters operate worldwide and do not store a cross-site advertising identifier. Signed-in page activity is visible only to administrators and expires after about ninety days. Operational and automation logs generally expire after thirty days.
Google Analytics 4
For visitors identified as being in the United States, Google Analytics 4 may set or read analytics cookies and process browser or device identifiers, page and event data, approximate geography, referrer information, user agent, and IP-derived request data. Analytics storage is denied when the country is unavailable, outside the United States, this browser has opted out, or Global Privacy Control is enabled. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site measurement.
Advertising
Google AdSense is limited to eligible content pages for United States visitors who have not opted out and are not sending Global Privacy Control. Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, browser identifiers, and ad interaction data to select, deliver, limit, and measure ads. We do not load AdSense or send non-US ad requests when location is unavailable or outside the United States. Learn how Google uses data on partner sites in Google's partner-data explanation.
Community and public content
Comments are public under the chosen display name. Ratings, votes, and release-date guesses are shown publicly only as aggregates. Raw IP addresses are not stored in guess rows; an opaque salted address hash enforces limits. Discord and YouTube process data under their own policies when their links or embeds are used.
Processors and retention
Service providers include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Amazon Web Services for storage and infrastructure, Resend or Amazon SES for email, Google for analytics, ads, and optional sign-in, GitHub, Discord, and Apple for optional sign-in, and Anthropic or OpenAI for disclosed automated editorial assistance. Retention depends on the record: published editorial and benchmark records may be permanent; operational logs generally last thirty days; signed-in page logs about ninety days; email suppression records remain while needed to prevent unwanted mail.
Your choices and rights
Use Privacy choices in the footer to opt this browser out of Google Analytics and AdSense. Global Privacy Control is honored automatically. Email preference and unsubscribe links control alerts. Depending on location, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of processing. Email hello@mapleavenuelabs.com. We may retain security, suppression, and legal records when necessary.
Changes
Material policy changes will update the effective date on this page. Advertising will not expand to the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland without a Google-certified consent platform and a deliberate policy update.
