How to read this guess

A rough elapsed-time score, not a measured probability. We divide hours since the last global reset by the median gap, multiply by 50, and cap it at 80%. It needs at least three global resets. Banked resets do not count. This tiny sample cannot predict OpenAI's plans, and a longer wait does not make a reset due.
